The Amazon India Fashion Week, which is currently taking place in Delhi is one of its kind fashion show. This is the only fashion show that has not weight, height or age restriction. It defies them all and that is such a welcome change.  Milind Soman who needs no introduction was a part of the Spring-Summer 2018 edition of the Amazon India Fashion Week also known as AIFW.  On Wednesday, Milind Soman who is a fitness freak walked the ramp for ace designer Nida Mahmood who showcased her gorgeous collection named Deivee. Now when Milind Soman walks the ramp it is only expected that all eyes will be on him. And why not, Milind Soman still rules hearts, even at this age.

When we all thought that this hottie Milind Soman will be the showstopper, all hell broke loose when a woman joined Milind Soman on the ramp. This woman in question is none other than Mann Kaur from Chandigarh and hold your breath- she is 101 year old! A 101 year old lady who had also won the 100 m race at the World Masters Games that took place in Auckland in New Zealand. Can a 20 something even think of achieving something similar? When you think that in oldage, you can do nothing, this is what Mann did. ALSO READ Viral video of 98-year-old south Indian woman doing yoga will inspire you to get fit

This doesn’t end here. Milind was also joined by one more awesome person and she is Coimbatore’s very popular 98 year old Yoga teacher named V. Nanammal.  Don’t believe us? Here are the pictures. Take a look and some inspiration too.

Here you can see Milind Soman and Mann Kaur run and not walk the ramp. This lady is truly an inspiration.

The energy of Mann and V. Nannamamal was so much that the crowd could not help but cheering and rooting for them. Such people are giving us true fitness goals. Nanammal is busy teaching yoga to her students back in Coimbatore.
