Things are getting a bit bizarre on flights nowadays, and people can not get over this. In the past, we have come across news which states that a pregnant woman gave birth in flight, but according to a recent report in WBTV it is said that all the passengers on the American flight were forced to get off and the flight was forced to take an emergency landing. Yes, you read that right. On July 16, one of the passengers passed gas in the aeroplane due to which everyone started getting nausea and headaches. WBTV quoted a spokesperson with Raleigh-Durham International Airport who said that the flight was landed at the airport around 4 pm and within no time all the passengers from the flight were taken off the flight.
He even added saying that the decision of landing the flight was made when the passengers became ill with nausea and headaches. The authorities of the flight termed the decision as a medical call and did not answer any further. WBCN reports states that the RDU officials could not identify the flight nor its destination. The American Airlines officials admitted that there was an odour issue and claimed that one of the passengers passed gas. Ross Feinstein, a spokesman for the airline was quoted saying that, “We did have an aircraft from Charlotte to RDU this afternoon, that landed at 2:19 p.m. ET, and arrived the gate at 2:21 p.m. ET, that is currently out of service for an actual mechanical issue – and odor in the cabin. But it is not due to ‘passed gas’ as mentioned,” he said.
Ross also released a statement in which he admitted that the aircraft was out of service and kept on saying that it was a technical snag. WNCN reported that the flight is not being identified yet nor from where it was or was its destination. But now the plane is currently out of commission until the time its mechanical issue is solved.
