A viral video that is doing the rounds of the internet shows a car falling down from the seventh floor of a parking building in Austin, Texas. The horrifying incident was caught on a camera installed at the parking lot’s ground floor and fortunately missed a car that was reversing and heading out of the parking lot. The woman who was driving the car that was a BMW got away with minor injuries. The accident took place in July but the Austin Police Department released the dramatic and hard-to-believe CCTV footage only on Thursday that is August 10, 2017. Since the release of the footage the video has steadily gone viral and is being covered by news channels and media houses. The woman driving the car apparently hit the wrong pedal which resulted in the car speeding and breaking the parking barriers and plummeting to the ground below. The woman driver hit the accelerator instead of the brake.

The viral CCTV footage shows an SUV exiting the building when it narrowly misses the crashing car. The man driving the SUV reportedly told Fox 7 Austin, “My window was down and I heard something really loud and abnormal, so I just started driving forward and the vehicle landed on the backside of the Tahoe.” After seeing the car’s fall and hearing the loud sound that emanated from the crash, onlookers rushed to help the driver for the car. She was later admitted to a hospital where she was treated for minor cuts and bruises. Girl Live Streams Teenage Sister’s Death In Graphic Instagram Video Instead of Saving Her After The Car Crash
