Bollywood style icon Deepika Padukone has proved that she is one of those who keep stuff from their childhood safe as their memories make us laugh, cry, shout, and whoop, all without a trace of embarrassment, and a slight hint of longing. That is why the actress didn’t take time to share something special that she found while rummaging through her belongings. The ‘Padmaavat’ actress recently took to Instagram to share the picture of her first pair of shoes. We can’t help saying ‘awwww’ while looking at the post. She captioned it, “My first pair”. The shoes are kept in a glass enclosure and beside them, a quote by American singer and actress Bette Midler is featured on a plaque, which reads, “Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world.” Deepika is currently on a break after her last release ‘Padmaavat’ performed phenomenally at the box office.
