Bollywood’s Robinhood Pandey Salman Khan, who spent two nights in Jodhpur Central jail is all set to walk free from the jail this evening. Judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi pronounced the order at 3 pm after hearing arguments in the morning for nearly an hour. The 52-year-old was sentenced to five years in prison on Thursday after being convicted for killing two blackbucks, an endangered antelope, in 1998, during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain. Khan has been told to file a personal bail bond for Rs. 50,000 and produce Rs. 25,000 surety from two persons each who will guarantee that he will comply with all bail conditions. The bail documents would be sent to the jail around 5 pm and then he could be released. However, he can’t leave India without the court’s consent.

Ever since the verdict in the case was out, B-Towners had been flocking to Salman’s place to show their support for him. On social media, the Dabangg star has seen a wave of support from commoners and actors alike. After Khan gets bail, fans have been celebrating outside the Jodhpur jail.

Bollywood actors took to Twitter to share their happiness.

Sonakshi Sinha took to Instagram and posted a cute picture with buddy Salman.

She captioned, “The force and the forcefield #surakshakavach #humreallysaathsaathhai #gotyourback”

Salman Khan will next be seen in Remo D’Souza’s Race 3 with Jacqueline Fernandez and Bobby Deol. Salman is not only acting in the film, he is also a co-producer. He will also star in Bharat, an official Hindi remake of Korean film, Ode to My Father. The film is mounted on a lavish scale and might mark the return of Priyanka Chopra to Bollywood.
