Pictures of a Texas man who suffered a major sunburn is going viral on the internet. Cade Huckabay posted pictures of a horrific sunburn he received six-months ago. Cade recently shared the pictures on Twitter and social media could not believe it. The image has got massively viral with over a lakh retweets and more than three lakh likes. Posting the pictures on Twitter, he wrote, “One time I shaved my head, got severely sunburned, & swelled up just a little bit.” The man is now regretting not applying sunscreen which has resulted in a swollen head. The sunburn has turned out to be so bad that his head has swollen up and touch of his fingertips causes dent.

Talking about the incident, Cade told Yahoo, “I wasn’t even thinking about it while I was working so I forgot to put on sunscreen or wear a hat for hours. I didn’t realise how bad it was until the next day when it really started to swell.” He also said, “Since it was always covered in hair or a hat, my scalp had basically never seen sunlight before that. Needless to say, I got it kinda bad.”

He added saying, “I knew the swelling was just from the burn, and I wasn’t having any other symptoms of something more serious being wrong with me. I was perfectly healthy other than my head is a few sizes overgrown.” Sunburn can result in redness, sore cheeks, peeling and itchiness. While severe sunburn can even cause nausea, headache, dehydration and dizziness.
