Sirius Black – The Mass Murderer

Harry Potter’s Godfather, Sirius Black, introduced in the third edition of the series – Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban is loved for his support to Harry and his passion for friendship. Wrongly convicted as the Mole who betrayed Harry’s parents to Voldemort, Black added the spice and twist in Harry’s life. Dobby – The Free House Elf

The audience felt an instant connection with this little house elf when introduced for first time in the Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets. Call it sheer curiosity of such creatures or his unconditional love and care for Harry. Severus Snape – The Half-Blood Prince

Probably his character brought the real element of surprise in this series. In the role of a secret guardian angel of Harry, Severus Snape was known for his generosity. As a potions master in Hogwarts, he loathes Harry and humiliates him on every available occasion. However he is remembered as one of the bravest man, and is loved for his sheer loyalty. He did not mind taking the fall to save the protagonist and that too with no pompous.

Fred and George Weasley – The Weasley Twins

While Ron Weasley, Harry potter’s best friend has been appreciated and loved, Fred and George, brought the humour and fun. Equally loyal friends with a hint of mischief these twins have won millions of hearts in the wizarding world. Their charisma and sense of humour have definitely inspired many of us. Your heart goes to them when Fred Weasley dies in the final battle.

Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore – Professor Dumbledore

Albus Dumbledore, Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has been the most loved headmaster in many centuries, not only in the wizarding world but also in the heart of the fans. Draco Malfoy – Pure Blood

Draco Malfoy, a pure blood displayed grey shades throughout the story. A proud member of Slytherine, the son of death eaters and staunch supporter of Voldermort. But all these do not hamper his popularity, at least among the female audience. One good deed that the Potter fans would like to reward him for would be for not killing Dumbledore.

Luna Lovegood – The Strange One

She truly represented being unique and totally proud of it. She would surely be a role model for all those girls who are different and do not believe in changing themselves to fit in the crowd. Luna Lovegood, is remembered for her strange likings and her courageous approach.

Ginevra ‘Ginny’ Weasely – Quintessential Girl

Strong, independent and beautiful, Ginny was the only girl born in the big Weasely family. The future wife and true love of Harry Potter, Ginny was not only a confident lady but also an important member of Dumbledore’s Army.
