Driving in a hilly region is a highly difficult task, especially when it is studded with hairpin bends and curves. Now imagine it getting stuck on a muddy lane! And when you are riding in a bus there is nothing that you can do the advantage to continue the journey happily. While most of us would have cringed about the situation, some Manipuri girls did something that they can flaunt for a lifetime. They made a human chain and pulled the bus out of the mud. Doesn’t that sound like some great work? The girls from Manipur were on a study trip to Loktak when their bus got stuck in a muddy region. Loktak Lak has the largest freshwater lake in Northeast and is known for phumdis which are a series of floating islands.

The picture of these girls pulling the bus with a rope has now gone viral on the internet. Twitterati is hailing the effort and willpower of the girls who managed to do a hefty task by themselves. It was a Twitter user, Lawai BemBem who tweeted the picture after which it went viral. A Twitter user commented saying, ‘Salutations to these capable girls’ while another said ‘Girls power.
