Just as high tide hit Mumbai today (June 12, 2014), it was reported that New Delhi experienced its first pre-monsoon drizzle all over the city.
South Mumbai was affected as high tide lead to water-logging on the roads of the high-profile South Mumbai in locations such as Nariman Point, Colaba and Worli. Central Mumbai like Dadar and Mahim were also affected.
But the rains have brought cheer to the residents of Delhi who had experienced a burning 47.8 degrees Celsius temperature just a few days ago – its highest temperature in 62 years!
