Traditions and rituals:
During early dates people celebrating the birth of Prophet was arranged privately but slowly and steadily the celebration was introduced on a grand scale. This celebration symbolizes strengthening of the Muslim community. On this day, people perform animal sacrifice and held processions along with a grand feast. Further people also recite Quran and offer prayers
Its all about sacrificing halal animals which is then further distributed among the needy and poor people. Id-e-Milad prayers are been performed after the sunrise and before entering the Zuhr time. The occasion is celebrated at its best when people wear new clothes, observe prayers and exchange greetings. Eid is incomplete without sweet Sheer Kurma and Sevaiyan.
