New Delhi, April 9: The Bihar School Examination Board has already clarified that all the questions in the Mathematics paper have been asked from the syllabus only. According to the reports, the evaluation and marking process of the answer sheets of Class 10 and 12 Intermediate exams has started from March 5, 2018, and finished by March 15, 2018. However, around 50 thousand answer papers are left to be evaluated. Evaluation is slow because of lack of teachers in English. The result of the BSEB Intermediate Exam 2018 expected to be out soon, end of April or first week of May. The candidates can check their results at the official website of Bihar School Examination Board i.e. biharboard.ac.in. And it is advisable to keep a watch on the website on a regular basis.

According to the Hindustan reports, the students who took part in the examination said that the Maths questions were out of the syllabus. Around seven thousand answer papers in Patna, Purnia and Munger districts are left vacant. With this, the board has said that the Whitener OMR will not be investigated. The board have also stated that they will not give any separate marks for maths paper and no decision of grace marks has been taken yet.

With the process of evaluation, the scanning of marks is also going on. The scanning of OMR of 50 percent objective questions has also been done. Internal questions have been drawn up by secondary education. According to board officials, all the related work related to the results will be done with scanning within April 20, 2018. Along with the evaluation and scanning, the results will be also ready.

In the month of February this year, the Bihar School Examination Board has conducted the intermediate examinations. The BSEB 12th/intermediate examinations started on February 6, 2018, and finished on February 16, 2018. More than 11 lakh students have appeared for the Bihar board Class 12 examinations in 2018. Across the state, the exam was held at 1,384 centres.
