New Delhi, April 16: The Central Board of Examinations (CBSE) may release the Admit Card for the upcoming National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 by this week. The NEET examination is scheduled on May 6. According to the reports, CBSE may tentatively release the admit card on April 18, 2018 on its official website i.e. cbse.nic.in. According to the CBSE information brochure, the CBSE board was supposed to release the NEET 2018 Admit Card in the second week of April, reports.

The candidates who are eagerly preparing for the examination can check the official website of CBSE– cbse.nic.in to get latest update about the admit card as well as about the examination.

According to the sources, the technical team of CBSE did not release the admit cards in the second week of April due to the gazetted holiday marking the birth anniversary of Dr Bheem Rao Ambedkar’s 127 birth anniversary. Although it may release the admit card this week, the date is yet to be announced by the CBSE.

CBSE is a central board of education that looks after all the private and public schools, under the Union Government of India. All the central government schools, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodya Vidyalayas are affiliated to CBSE. CBSE conducts the final board examinations for the class 10 and 12 classes across the nation. It also conducts other important examinations such as JEE (Mains), National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), Joint Research Fellowship (JRF) and National Eligibility Test (NET).
