NEET PG 2017 is barely 5 days away. The NEET PG exam 2017 will be conducted by the National Board of Examinations in about 86 test centres at 41 cities from December 5 to December 13, 2016. For the examination, it is expected that the students are familiar with computer as the exam will be a computer based test. Aspirants are also required to note that NEET PG will be single window entrance examination for entry to MD/MS/Post Diploma courses.
Aspirants can go through the exam pattern of NEET PG Exam 2017. it will have NEET PG 2017 will consist of 300 multiple type questions. The NEET PG 2017 exam will be of 3 hours and 30 minutes. The All India Quota for the seats is 50% and candidates who have qualified for the same will have to apply for it.
Candidates will have to fill their choice of courses and colleges while applying. The seat allotment will be based on the NEET PG 2017 scores and the choices filled in as per the available vacancies for the same. According to the official website of NEET PG 2017, there will be 50% All India quota seats for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses (all states except Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Telangana), State quota seats for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses for all States/Union territories of India (including the states of Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Telangana)

The result of NEET PG 2017 will be declared on or before January 15, 2017. The score card will be available in the online mode only consisting of candidate’s name, marks secured and overall merit rank. On the basis of NEET PG 2017, the counselling will be held in the month of March, 2017. It is important to note that the candidates need to bring their admit card along with one of the documents such as PAN card, passport, driving licemce, voters id card, aadhar card, MCI/State Medical Council registration certificate. It is important to note that applicant are required to note that appearing in NEET-PG does not confer any automatic rights to secure a Post graduate MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma seat. Aspirants are required to note that the selection and admission to Postgraduate seats in any medical institutions recognized for running MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma courses as per Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 is subject to fulfilling the admission criteria, eligibility, medical fitness and such criteria as may be prescribed by the respective universities, medical institutions, Medical Council of India, State/Central Government.
