New Delhi, April 4: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) would be announcing the results for the Junior Engineer (JE) Exam Paper 1 on April 16 on their official website- The results would be out for the all the branches- civil, mechanical, electrical and quantity surveying and contract. The examination which was held from January 22 to 29 was a two-hour objective paper. The maximum marks for the paper were 200 out of which 50 marks was for general intelligence and reasoning, 50 marks for general awareness and another 100 marks for general engineering in all the four branches- civil and structural, electrical and mechanical. For the general engineering section, candidates were asked to attempt only the subjects they had opted for.

Steps to check the SSC JE Exam Paper 1 Results:

  1. Visit SSC’s official website-
  2. Once the home page appears, click on the relevant link.
  3. Enter the details which are required and then submit.
  4. The result will now appear.
  5. Take a copy of the result for future reference.

Candidates clearing the objective paper, that is Paper 1, will be eligible to sit for the descriptive one; the cut-off for which would be decided by the SSC itself.  Once, the results are out, the admit cards for the same would be out on the official website.
