The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the final result of Stenographers’ Grade C and D Exam 2015. The result of the exam was officially announced at 8 PM on November 30 at ssc.nic.in. Now, the Commission will be declaring the result of Written Examination of Stenographers’ Grade C & D Exam 2016 today i.e. December 1 by 7 PM on its official website. The information has been shared by the Chairman of Staff Selection Commission through a notification on November 30. SSC is conducting the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier II Exam 2016 in two sessions per day starting from November 30. Another slot will be conducted on December 2. SSC CGL Tier II Exam 2016 is being conducted at 356 venues in 57 centres across the nation. The level of paper asked on November 30 was difficult. 74,498 candidates appeared for the SSC CGL Tier II Exam 2016 on day one.

In the first Session of SSC CGL Tier II Exam 2016, 69,600 candidates gave the exam and in the second session 69,730 candidates appeared. Due to some technical issue, the exam will be re-conducted for 13 venues out of the 351 venues. The names of venues include; one venue at Patna, two at Allahabad, one at Ranchi, one at Navi Mumbai, one at Greater Noida, two at Delhi, three at Ghaziabad, one at Ahmadabad and one venue at Jaipur. Because of unfair activities in some institutes due to some unscrupulous vested interests trying to mislead the candidates by hosting footages of unruly behaviour, the exam stands cancelled at the two exam venues namely, Anand International College of Engineering (Batch-I & Batch-II) at Jaipur and Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Jasola (Sarita Vihar), New Delhi (Batch-I). The SSC CGL Tier II Exam 2016 which was cancelled due to such activities will be re-conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in a fair manner in order to ensure merit based selection.
