New Delhi, April 9: The Uttar Pradesh (UP) Board is all set to announce the results of its Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations 2018 on April 15. The results will be announced the boards official website-  upresults.nic.in. The Class 10 examination was conducted from February 6 to February 22 while the Class 12 examination was conducted from February 6 and March 12, 2018. Students may check their results online at- upresults.nic.in.

Steps for checking UP Board Results 2018:

  1. Visit the UP Board’s official website- upresults.nic.in.
  2. On the home page, click on the links mentioned below Results section.
  3. Click on the relevant link and enter your roll number and the school code and submit.
  4. Your Result will be displayed.
  5. Take a printout of the result for future reference.

With the declaration of the results on April 15, the new academic session will commence from April 16 onwards. Speaking on the declaration of UP Board Results on April 15, UP Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma said that the evaluation of the papers was done on time and hence the results will be released on the mentioned date. “We are happy that it was a copying-free examination and the answer sheets have been evaluated in time,” said Sharma, who was in Jaunpur for the inauguration of a school. Sharma further said that in the time to come, all universities would be directed to complete the examination process maximum by June 15. UP Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma also spoke on the copying-free issue and said that the government is taking necessary steps to resolve this issue.

The UP Board will release its intermediate and high school results for this year on the same day like every year. Nearly 55 lakh students appeared for the UP board Intermediate and High School examination this year and the answer sheets of all these students were evaluated at about 248 evaluation centres across the state.
