While the day is celebrated with much zeal and enthusiasm in the country, we must realise our responsibilities towards understanding and treating each kid equally. Most schools and colleges celebrate the day by distributing sweets, arranging events and competitions for students. Some schools also organise debates and cultural activities to celebrate this day. It also reminds us of our responsibility to make the country a better and safer place for the young ones.

In whatever capacity we can, we must definitely contribute towards making the society a safer, better and happier place for children. And at the same time, remember to keep the child in us alive. Because what is life without some fun and mischief, isn’t it!
