Left-sided attacking midfielder Eden Hazard has emerged as the main man at Chelsea with his supreme technical skills, awareness and now finally what his coach Jose Mourinho calls a professional attitude to training. His bewildering runs at goal have been so good in the pre-World Cup season that he beat rivals Man City almost on his own, and a hat-trick against Newcastle points to a growing desire to finish. The 23-year-old Belgian is almost unplayable on his day with his sudden bursts of speed and changes of direction. Before moving to Chelsea in 2012 he had won the double in France with Lille, where he was player of the year twice. Mourinho says he’s the best young player in the World, and other prominent pundits believe he has the potential to become the very best.
