Indiana businessman Gurinder Singh-Khalsa was surprised when a friend told him his photo was on a flyer supporting Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

Khalsa – founder of SikhsPAC – told local media he was even more surprised to find that the flyer had identified him as a Muslim. “Those that want to lead this country as the president, they don’t know who Sikhs are,” he said. “They cannot differentiate, that’s why they are putting picture of a Sikh and writing it as Muslim,” Khalsa told Indiana Public Media.

SikhsPAC is a non-partisan organization. Khalsa said he was not asked before his photo was used, and moreover, does not support Trump.

In related news, flyers distributed during a pro-Trump rally in Edison, New Jersey, Oct. 15 depicted a bull-horned Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, with Congress Party leader Sonia Gandhi behind her, pointing her fingers at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, allegedly for sparking the 2002 Gujarat riots.

“As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton created her ‘Get Modi Policy’ to falsely accuse Narendra Modi of genocide for 2002 Gujarat riots,” reads the flyer. “The riots were sparked by Muslims burning a trainful of Hindu mothers and babies, so why did Clinton target Modi for the resulting riots,” proclaimed the handout.

It is unclear who created the fliers, which were distributed during the “Humanity United Against Terrorism” charitable event, at which Trump spoke. The event was organized by the Republican Hindu Coalition.
