Breads and pastas are usually associated with carbs and you tend to avoid them when you are on a diet to lose weight but your other food items may contain just as many carbs. So, if you are not eating rice or bread, that doesn’t mean your diet is low on carbs. Many foods seem innocent but contain hidden carbs. If you are not getting the result you are expecting from your low-carbs diet, then you must go through the food you are consuming and find out the foods that contain hidden carb. 1. Raisins

If you are adding the sweet raisins to your oatmeal for added taste then stop. A small pack of these tiny guys has 34 grams of carbohydrates.

3. Juice

Juices contain fast-digesting carbs. About 30 grams of carbohydrates are present in a cup of orange juice. Store bought juices also contain added sugar and flavors, which make them unhealthy.

4. Yogurt

The fruit flavored variety of yogurt that you like so much contains around 40 carbs per 250 grams. Instead of the flavored variety, go for plain yogurt or Greek yogurt. 5. Sugar-free food items

You may think that since sugar free foods do not contain sugar it is low in carbs. However, the truth is, these foods contain sugar substitutes, which are high in carbs.
