Protein helps to perform several bodily functions right. Eating sufficient amount of protein gives you many health benefits and makes sure that you can function optimally throughout the day. You hair is basically made of protein, so when you start experience hair loss, the first thing you need to consider is whether you are having enough protein or not. When your diet is too low in protein. your hair needs more protein to strengthen and grow. This results in thinning of hair and hair loss.

Shortness of breath

You experience a lot of health problems when you’re too low in protein. So when you’re not getting enough protein from your diet, you might feel lightheaded. The lack of energy is accompanied by shortness of breath and fatigue.
