1. Dish wash soap and water


Take a tablespoon of dish wash soap and add it to 3.5 liters of water to make your cleaning solution. Use this solution to wash your mat. If it is very dirty, you can add a teaspoon of baking soda into the solution. After the washing, the mat will take several hours to dry. You can hang the mat ion the shower as it will drip.
