Who doesn’t love ice creams? We all do! What would you do if you suddenly had a midnight craving for ice cream? There would be hardly any shops that serve ice cream at late hours in the night. So your best bet at such times is to make ice cream. It may sound like it is a difficult task to make ice cream, but thanks to Bollywood actress and also fitness freak Shilpa Shetty, making ice creams is now easy. For all those parents who always worry about their kids eating ice creams from outside, this recipe will come as a relief. Shilpa Shetty has always shared her fitness secrets with her fans. This time we will tell you how to make yummy ice cream in just 3 easy steps. You read it right. 3 easy steps are all it takes to make delicious vanilla ice cream. You can watch the video below to know how to cook. We have also jotted down the recipe for you to read.
Chilled Milk Cream – 600 ml
Ice cubes – 1/2 kg
Condensed milk – 2 cups
Vanilla essence- 1 1/2 tsp
Desiccated Coconut- 30 grams( Optional)
Take chilled cream and place it on a bowl. The bowl should be placed above another bowl that is filled with ice cubes. Blend the cream with a blender. Blend it for around 8 minutes. This will make the consistency light.
Then put condensed milk in the cream. You need 2 cups of condensed cream. Mix it well.
Then add one and half teaspoon of vanilla essence into this mixture and again mix well. Your vanilla ice cream is ready. If you want to add a different flavor with the vanilla ice cream, you can add something else too. In this video, Shilpa has added 30 grams of desiccated coconut. Also to add a tinge of chocolate flavor, you can add crushed cookies to this mixture. You can also use chocolate chips as an alternative.
Once the mixture is ready, you can put this in your freezer. Your home made ice cream is ready.
