Sushma Swaraj reviews action plan on Iraq with Gulf envoys

New Delhi, Jun 29: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Sunday chaired a meeting of India’s envoys from Gulf countries to chalk out the future course of action to rescue Indian nationals stranded in violence-hit Iraq.

The meeting, also attended by the ambassadors of Gulf countries posted in India, reviewed the steps taken so far in this regard, ministry officials said. India has set up three camp offices to facilitate the 10,000 Indians in non-conflict zones in Iraq in returning home.
