New Delhi, Sep 15 (PTI) Coriander and jeera prices fell by Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale kirana market in the national capital today on low demand from retailers and stockists amid sufficient stocks.

Besides, weakening trend in futures market also put pressure on the select spice prices.

Coriander prices drifted lower by Rs 100 to settle at Rs 5,500-11,800 per quintal.

Jeera common and jeera best quality also declined by Rs 100 each to conclude at Rs 19,700-19,800 and Rs 21,600-22,000 per quintal.

Marketmen said subdued demand from retailers and stockists against sufficient stocks, mainly pulled down coriander and jeera prices.
