New Delhi, Jan 24 (PTI) GHCL, a diversified company with an established foot print in chemical, textiles and FMCG segment today said it has been recognised as one of the best workplaces in manufacturing sector by the Great Place to Work Institute.
The study this year, by the Great Place to Work institute, covers 106 manufacturing companies and involves 37,060 employees who took the survey.
The organisational culture has helped GHCL attract and retain young talent in an industry that has been synonymous with hierarchical structures and patriarchal mindsets, a company release said.
The list of top 25 best workplaces was arrived at by assigning two-third weightage to the anonymous survey conducted amongst the employees and remaining one-third weightage to the strength of people practices implemented across the organisation.
Sasken Technologies unveils new logo
* Tech firm Sasken Technologies today unveiled a new logo as it embarks on its path to securing a leadership position in the product engineering space.
Formerly known as Sasken Communication Technologies, the company has recently rebranded itself as Sasken Communication Technologies.
“The logo is designed to reflect Sasken’s heritage and reliability that spans almost three decades. The logo is an amalgamation of the symbol for Air and the three distinct values that define Sasken World-Class, Intellectual Integrity and Tech First,” Sasken CMD and CEO Rajiv C Mody said.
He added that Sasken has embarked on a new journey, as outlined in its 5×5 vision to achieve profitable growth and revenues of USD 250 million by 2021.
“We are confident of catapulting ourselves to a leadership position in Product Engineering and Digital Transformation services,” he said.
