Mumbai, Mar 28 (PTI) Wholesale debt market segment of the National Stock Exchange today witnessed a total turnover of Rs 3,926.20 crore in 59 trades.

Top securities (nn-repo) traded at the WDM were: The 364-days Treasury bill (issue no.310119), traded value of Rs 1550.00 crore at weighted yield of 6.40 per cent, the 364-days Treasury bill (issue no.210319), traded value of Rs 500.00 crore at weighted yield of 6.40 per cent and the 8.20 per cent Government security maturing in CG2022 traded value of Rs 200.00 crore at weighted yield of 7.20 per cent.

During the trading week ended today, total turnover was Rs 9,272.02 crore and the total number of trades was 200.

The highest trade volume during the week was at Rs 4,052.97 crore as on Mar 27, while the lowest was Rs 1,292.85 crore as on Mar 26.

This week, the weighted yield on government securities with a maturity period of 0-3 years, 3-7 years, 7-10 years and more than 10 years quoted at 6.57 per cent, 7.33 per cent, 7.50 per cent and 7.69 respectively.

The weighted yields on treasury bills maturing for the 0-90 days quoted at 5.98 per cent and the 183-365 days quoted at 6.41 per cent.

During the week, the cumulative value of government securities, treasury bills and state government securities trading on WDM was Rs.7057.36 crore, representing 76.11 per cent of the total traded value.

Trading in non-government securities was at Rs.2214.66 crore, representing 23.89 per cent, an NSE release said.
