The benchmark six-month premium for May moved down to 132-134 paise from 134-136 paise and the far-forward November 2017 contract also declined to 278-280 paise from 281-283 paise yesterday.
Meanwhile, domestic equity markets succumbed to modest profit-taking after a spectacular four-day rally. The BSE Sensex dropped 92.89 points to end at 26,559.92, while broader Nifty shed 31.60 points to 8,192.90.
