New Delhi, October 12: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Blue WagonR was stolen from outside Secretariat on Thursday. An FIR has been registered in the case.

“The car was parked outside the Delhi Secretariat. It went missing around 1 am,” a senior police official said.

Kejriwal has yet commented on the news but retweeted a tweet which said, “So much for Delhi police – dhyan kidhar hai.”

The car was being used by Vandana of Aam Admi Party’s Media Cell of . The car earlier belonged to the Delhi Chief Minister, said the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central Delhi).

The car was earlier in the news after the man who gifted Kejriwal the blue Wagon R car wanted it back. In a series of tweets, UK-based Kundan Sharma had said, “I will b happy if AAP can give right to get refund of donation instead of right to recall Balyan types MLA. Latter looks impossible. So do easy one.”

Not just the iconic car, the software engineer also wanted a refund of the money he and his wife donated to the party.

The car was used by Kejriwal during his first stint as the Chief Minister in 2014 with an attempt to fight against the VIP culture. The car was being used by the Aam Aadmi Party functionaries.
