New Delhi, Mar 28: The Air India call center has received a threat that a Delhi-Kolkata flight has been planted with a bomb. The threat has been taken seriously, and the security agencies are searching the flight.

According to initial reports, security agencies swung into action immediately after they were notified about the threat call. All the passengers were de-boarded, and the agencies are searching the aircraft.

Reports said that the message was received from ASG Mumbai that the Mumbai customer care center received a call at 1445 hrs that the flight AI-020 (Delhi – Kolkata) would be felled from the sky. 248 passengers and 11 crew were on-board the flight.

Soon after receiving the message, the aircraft was shifted to isolation and the passengers were loaded off with the baggage they had been carrying in the craft. The security agencies are checking the luggage of passengers. A complaint has been given to Mumbai police.
