New Delhi, Mar 31: A traffic policeman was attacked by militants in Khanabal city of Anantnag district in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. The injured policeman has been shifted to hospital for treatment, news agency ANI reported.

As reported in Times Now, the policeman was on patrol duty when militants opened fire at him. The traffic policeman has been identified as Trilok Singh.

Security personnel has cordoned off the area and launched a manhunt to nab the militants. This is a developing story as further details are awaited in the matter.
