Nagpur, April 29: Most of the time protesters who are irked by government officials try different measures to showcase their dissent and sometime the method of protest grab news headlines. A similar incident took place on Thursday in Maharashtra’s Buldhana district where few Nationalist Congress Party workers associated with Public Works Department carried out a peaceful but musical protest in front of the senior officials leaving them completely shocked.

Around eight NCP workers backed by many others chose ‘Gandhigiri’ path and performed ‘Nagin Dance’ in front of senior officials disrupting their meeting held in PWD headquarters in Buldhana.

The agitators when found that the serious plea fell on deaf hears they decided to perform famous ‘Nagin Dance’ at the department. The entire incident has been caught on camera and the video has went viral on social media. Read Also: (ABVP protests over Bhagat Singh’s portrayal in DU book)

In the video it is seen, six to seven senior officials sitting in a conference room are disturbed by the agitators, who moved around the table dancing on the tune of famous Bollywood movie Nagina.

Few seconds later the agitators were asked to leave by the cops and a senior official assured to address the issue raised in front of them.

According to reports, the PWD department had given a contract of road and footpath construction to a Eagle construction company, a private company. The NCP workers had alleged that the company had proposed to complete the work in two years. However four years have been passed and still work is underway.
