Narendra Modi orders CIDCO to make playground following Class 9 student’s letter

Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s talks and being a regular listener of Mann Ki Baat, a class IX student of Navi Mumbai, Sakshi Tiwari wrote a letter to Modi complaining of having no playground in her school.

Narendra Modi orders CIDCO to make playground following Class 9 student’s letter

New Delhi, Aug 27: Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s talks and being a regular listener of Mann Ki Baat, a class IX student of Navi Mumbai, Sakshi Tiwari wrote a letter to Modi complaining of having no playground in her school. Sakshi, a resident of Kalamboli area in Navi Mumbai brought up the issue of not having a playground, for which Modi asked the CIDCO to make it available as soon as possible.

The CIDCO has begun working on the matter as soon as PM Modi notified them. The CIDCO chief engineer Kiran Phanse went to the sector 10 school and met Sakshi Tiwari, according to reports by Navbharat Times.(ALSO READ: Why PM Narendra Modi called an IAS officer at 10 PM in the night)

Taking into consideration Sakshi’s request, Modi wrote to the regional head of CIDCO to make the playground available. Sakshi thanked the Prime Minister for his prompt action. School kids are more than happy by this move of the government. The school trustee Santosh Shukla expressed happiness and said the students will be able to use the playground. In another similar incident reported by DNA, a six-year-old Pune girl Vaishali Yadav, hailing from a poor family, suffered  from a heart disease. Her father was a small-time painter and was unable to afford an expensive heart surgery. Vaishali  wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in June stating her request. In her letter, she sought financial help from the Prime Minister. Modi immediately granted the said amount following which she underwent surgery and is now recovering.
