New Delhi, Nov 13: Even as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has detained a Class 11 boy for murdering Pradyuman Thakur, the slain kid’s father has raised questions over the probe by the central agency. Pradyuman’s father, Varun Thakur has said pointed towards involvement of Ryan School management in the murder case.
Varun said powerful people with access to the government are involved in protecting the real culprits. (Also Read: We Erred, Didn’t Watch CCTV Footage Carefully, Admits Haryana Police)
“I think the top management of the school is involved. I also believe that local administration and people with access to govt might be involved to save the real killer,” Varun Thakur told ANI.
The CBI has launched a separate investigation to probe the role of four Gurugram cops in alleged destruction of importance evidence in the case to incriminate school bus conductor Ashok Kumar.
CBI to Quiz Ryan Management
The central probing agency is also likely to interrogate the Ryan International School management and staff of Bhondsi branch where the Pradyuman, 7, was murdered on Septmeber 8.
According to sources, the CBI has got evidence suggesting a link between the school management and a few powerful leaders, top police officers. If reports are to be believed the school administration had called some of the leaders and senior police officers soon after the murder was reported.
Ryan Pinto, owner of the Ryan International School chain, is yet to be questioned in the case. (Also Read: Pradyuman Attended Piano Classes With Ryan Senior Who is Accused of Killing Him)
The CBI’s probe had left the Gurugram Police red faced as it had arrested bus driver Ashok Kumar claiming enought evidence against him. Kumar’s family had alleged that he was tortured and forced to admit the crime by the police.
His family has now decided to go to court against Gurugram Police which had formed 14 Special Investigation Teams (SIT) to probe the sensational murder case.
