K-series like twist in Yadav Clan War: Mulayam Singh Yadav’s second wife using black magic against Akhilesh Yadav, says SP MLC member!
According to media reports, Udayveer Singh, who is an MLC member, has accused Mulayam Singh's wife of harboring great ill will towards Akhilesh Yadav.
Lucknow, October 21: Just when we thought things have warmed up between Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and his father and Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav, a new plot twist was introduced in the story. The Yadav clan war, which had got rumour mills working overtime with reports of an upcoming rift, has a new character involved, who has erstwhile remained hidden- Mulayam Singh’s second wife. According to a member of the party who is a close aide of Akhilesh, has revealed that the latter’s step mother or the SP supremo’s second wife has been conspiring against the UP CM. The allegations have been leveled by Udayveer Singh, a Samajwadi Party legislator from the Etah-Mainpuri constituency.
Singh has alleged that the SP patriarch’s wife is using black magic against her step son. According to media reports, Singh, who is an MLC member, has accused Mulayam Singh’s wife of harbouring great ill will towards Akhilesh Yadav. He has also attacked the party chief and his brother Shivpal Yadav, who was made the UP party chief last month, saying that the duo are just a “political front” to carry out the intentions of Akhilesh’s step mother. Singh also wrote a four-page letter to the SP supremo, and in which he also warned him of the “conspiracies” being hatched against his son. Whether true in their entirety or not, the allegations made by the MLC member point towards the fact that all is not well within the party. The ongoing feud could have an adverse impact on the ruling party, in the upcoming assembly elections, scheduled to take p;ace in 2017.
Only this month, Akhilesh was named the Chief Ministerial candidate for the next elections, by his father, suggesting that things were back to normal within the party. However, Udayveer Singh has alleged that attempts to discredit Akhilesh Yadav have begun, right after he was named the CM candidate for the party. He also alleged that Mulayam is being pressurized by the anti-Akhilesh camp within the party, which was why he was pulled up by his father in public. He said that since Akhilesh was an ‘obedient son’ he didn’t react to all the pubic reprimands. Mirroring Akhilesh Yadav’s earlier statements that “outsiders” were meddling the affairs of the party, Udayveer Singh demanded that the expelled leaders be reinstated and Akhilesh be handed over the full command of the party. Udayveer’s statements came to light after the “private” letter that he wrote to Mulayam Singh, asking him to step down and hand over the party reigns to Akhilesh, found its way to the media. Reactions to Udayveer’s claims have obviously been strong. Fellow MLC member Ashu Malik, has hit back at Singh, saying that his statements were insulting to Mulayam Singh Yadav and for that he should ask for an apology from the SP supremo. He also said that people writing such letters were not “even worth 500 votes”, adding that the party will not tolerate indiscipline. “Any attempt to humiliate Netaji (Mulayam Singh) will not be tolerated”, Ashu Malik said.
