Vermont, September 1: A woman from Maine and two goats, those she was carrying in her car were unhurt when their car crashed while travelling on an interstate in Guilford, Associated Press reported. The woman reportedly fell asleep behind the wheels which led to the crash, Vermont State Police said to AP.

The incident was reported on Wednesday at about 6 am (local time) and rescue crews arrived at the crash site. According to the police, the woman identified as 70-year old Anne Mayer, a resident of Raymond, Maine, drifted into the median and hit the guardrail. However, neither Meyer, nor the goats in the car were hurt.

It is still not known why Meyer was travelling with the goats.
