Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have started taking baby steps in painting their ‘Happily Ever After’ life. The couple took the world by surprise in December last year when they tied the knot in a private ceremony and made their fans head over heels in fall in love with them. The couple is since then doing everything to give us couple goals, one of which is to live in a dreamy house. A few days ago, Virat took to Instagram to share a picture of the beautiful view from his balcony. Seeing the pic, fans thought that it must be the dream house that Virushka had moved into in Omkar 1973, Worli, which the ace cricketer had bought two years ago for Rs 34 crore. However, latest reports suggest that the picture was of the rented property that Virat has taken as a temporary arrangement before they shift to their new abode in Worli.
The rent of the property is reportedly a whopping amount of Rs 15 lakh per month. Reports suggest that the couple is expected to stay there for nearly 2 years till their house is ready. Virat has reportedly bought a flat in Raheja Legends apartment on the 40th floor. The palatial flat is not less than 2675 sq ft for which the duo will be spending such a huge amount. Rumour has it that the Indian skipper has paid a deposit of Rs 1.50 crore for the property and an additional amount of Rs 1.01 crore for registration.
Two weeks ago, Virat went to the Mumbai airport to personally receive his lady love and the hug that they shared post their meeting went viral in no time after the pic was clicked. The two met after a long time. The couple welcomed the New Years in South Africa, following which Anushka returned to Mumbai to resume her shoot for Zero and Sui Dhaaga where as Virat stayed back in the country for the T20 India vs South Africa match.
