Salman Khan is back with Bigg Boss 11 and the contestants, like every year, are an eclectic mix. While most already have had their brush with controversy, the others show ample potential to rake up some. One such contestant on the 11th season of the reality show is Zubair Khan. A filmmaker by profession, with a film Lakeer Ke Fakeer (2013) to his credit, Khan garnered interest from the media and audience for his relationship with the Parkar family.
Khan has said that he is married to Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar’s daughter. Before entering the show, he also alleged how his life has come under the scanner because he is related to the Parkar family. His aim to enter the Bigg Boss house was to show the world his real self and come clear of this controversy that he has any link to the underworld. “I am against all anti-social elements. My fight is against illegal elements of the society,” he said in his media interaction before getting locked inside the Bigg Boss 11 house.
However, India.com has exclusively learnt that Zubair Khan has been faking his identity and is not related to Dawood or Haseena’s family at all. A source close to the Parkars revealed, “Zubair Khan is not related to the Parkars. He has just been using their name to gain popularity. They don’t even know him.” The source further revealed that Khan got married three years back and doesn’t stay with his wife.
“He has been going around the area of Nagpada, Mumbai declaring himself, ‘Company ka damaad hoon’, (D-Company or Dawood Company is an organized criminal group controlled by Dawood Ibrahim) to gain popularity and create a fear amongst locals so that no one messes with him,” shared the source further adding he is not married to any of Haseena Parkar’s daughters or Mehjabeen’s daughters (Dawood’s other sister).
This is shocking! We wonder if the production house conducting Bigg Boss 11 faltered at doing a proper background research of one of its contestants or ignored the facts to gain TRPs.
