Ryan Reynolds reprised the role of the Merc with a Mouth, from X-Men Origins : Wolverine in 2016′ Deadpool and left everyone surprised. Not only was his performance highly appreciated, but the film also went onto break shatter box office records. And now after two years, the R-rated superhero film is all set to release its second installment in two month’s time. While the first trailer of Deadpool 2 released a little over a month ago and received tremendously positive response from the audience, the makers have come out with a new footage from the film and to say that our excitement levels have piqued manifold, would be an understatement.

With this trailer, we have got yet another taste of this wise-cracking mercenary. With a rendition of Air Supply’s, ‘All Out of Love’, playing in the background, the trailer starts with Wade Wilson’s (Ryan)alter ego, Deadpool, crash landing into a taxi after running away from a mob. Once again, we see him indulge in an action-packed sequence, after which he is seen entering his fiancee Vanessa’s (Morena Baccarin) apartment. “Sorry I’m late,” he says. “I was rounding up all the gluten in the world and launching it into space where it can’t not hurt us ever again.” Epic, right? The highlight of the footage is however, a powerful Cable, essayed by Josh Brolin, who makes a bold entrance before dramatically proclaiming, “I’m here for the kid.” Take a look at the trailer below :

Deadpool 2 is one of the highly anticipated sequel and is slated to release on May 18 this year. Helmed by David Leitch and starring Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Josh Brolin as Cable, Zazie Beetz as Domino, and Julian Dennison as that kid, the film is touted to be even better than its prequel. Now, we cetainly can’t wait any longer.
