The erotic thriller Hate Story 2 starring Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali made a decent start at Indian Box Office by collecting 5.46 crores on the first day of its release. Directed by Vishal Pandya, Hate Story 2 also stars Sushant Singh as the main antagonist. The erotic- revenge drama, Hate Story 2 managed to earn a collection of Rs 5.10 crores on the second day as well. On Sunday, the film’s box office collection graph rose up steadily as the audiences seemed to like Surveen’s vengeance drama and helped the movie collect an impressive Rs 7.32 crores. Thus, we can say that the film made a noteworthy net business of Rs. 17.88 crores in the market in the first three days of its release.
With a number of hot love- making passionate scenes, Hate Story 2 has undoubtedly lived up to the standars of its sequel Hate Story that featured Paoli Dam in the lead role.
With a fantastic start at the Box Office, the distributors of Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali‘s Hate Story 2 have increased the number of screens from 600 to 1200 all over India. Hate Story 2, which marks the debut of TV actors Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali in Bollywood, has apparently done better in multiplexes than single screens. Pizza 3D and Amit Sahni Ki List which also released on the same day as Hate Story 2, haven’t been able to keep up the good Box Office business.
