The main award ceremony of IIFA 2017 is taking place at the MetLife Stadium in New York. We have been sharing all the updates with you. Right from the Green Carpet to the winner’s list. And now it’s time to compile all the videos of the electrifying dance performances that are happening. The award ceremony will be telecast on Colors in the evening, and this post will give you a glimpse of what to expect from the star-studded night, which is being hosted by Karan Johar and Saif Ali Khan. As the event began, the first Bollywood star to take the centre stage was Alia Bhatt, as she performed to tracks from her films. And the diva was high on energy, we have to admit. In the middle of her performance, she even pulled Varun Dhawan and the two of them shook a leg to the title track of their movie, Badrinath Ki Dulhania. She didn’t just stun everyone with ther performance, but also with her green carpet appearance. She stepped on the green carpet right after her performance, and boy, she stole many hearts, including ours.

Just like every other award function, technical awards were announced first, after which there was a break for another performance. Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon, who impressed everyone with their chemistry in their film, Raabta also performed together on some retro songs. And this time too, their chemistry struck a chord with the audience, who wouldn’t stop cheering for them. Again, a set of awards were announced where Disha Patani and Diljit Dosanjh won best debutantes for MS Doni: The Untold Story and Udta Punjab, respectively.

And then came Katrina Kaif, who set the stage on fire with her sizzling act as she performed on Kaala Chashma, Kamli and her latest track Galti Se Mistake from Jagga Jasoos. This is the performance, you wouldn’t want to miss. And same goes for Varun Dhawan’s act, as he decided to pay a tribute to his dad, David Dhawan and performed on the songs of his films.

Next was Shahid Kapoor. And we know what a fabulous dancer he is, right? He performed on the remix version of his famous number, Gandi Baat. Check out the sneak peek of his act right here:

And lastly, it was the time for the performance of the night as Salman Khan took to the stage and brought the house down with his electrifying performance. Oh, and Varun Dhawan joined him on the stage too.
