Flautist Suleiman, the 13-year-old from Amritsar wins the talent based reality show India’s Got Talent 7!

India’s Got Talent 7 winner: Amritsar lad Flautist Suleiman wins the reality show!

Amritsar’s flautist, the 13-year-old boy Suleiman from Amritsar came out as the winner of talent-based reality show “India’s Got Talent season 7”. On 9th July, Saturday night it seems as if the entire nation audiences voted for the flute boy. Suleiman is the disciple of maestro Hariprasad Chaurasia. The flute boy received a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh along with a Maruti Suzuki Celerio car and a specially crafted trophy engraved with the signatures of show’s judge which includes Kirron Kher, Malaika Arora Khan, and Karan Johar. During the grand finale, Suleiman had to compete against Incredible Mallakhamb, Akash & Atharva and Antara and Papai.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Suleiman was quoted saying, “I am so happy I finally won India’s Got Talent. It is a huge achievement for me. I guess Antara and Papai, too, deserved to win. Their performance was beautiful.

After winning the show Suleiman said, “Winning the show is my biggest achievement as it made my father’s dream come true. The show has given me a platform to showcase my talent in front of the world and the opportunity to pursue my talent further. I would like to thank my father and my guru Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasiaji without whom I wouldn’t have reached here.”

Manisha Sharma the Programming Head of Colors channel was quoted saying, “This season, we went beyond all previous benchmarks by including elements like the checkered floor and spotlight amongst others which helped us discover extraordinary talent.”

“India’s Got Talent season 7” began on April 30 and the show was hosted by comedian Bharti Singh and heartthrob actor Siddharth Shukla.
