Karan Johar is one doting father. When it comes to his kids, he loves to share anything and everything about them. He is often seen flooding his timeline with cute updates and posts about them. He wants his followers to know every moment of their lives. For instance his very recent post in which he said he nearly had a meltdown, and this time it’s all thanks to his daughter, Roohi. He writes, “She said “papa”! It’s time for my mini meltdown!” It is indeed a matter of great joy and emotions to hear one’s kid call him that. We have seen people around us get emotional when their kid start calling them mamma or papa for the first time. KJo was no different to this norm. Not only was he overjoyed we could also sense him getting emotional with that tweet.
We know he just returned to Mumbai from Dubai where he was attending an awards function and coming home to hear your kid call you ‘Papa’ for the first time, is something to cherish for, for life. Like every parent, Karan’s life too changed after becoming a father. During an interview with PTI he had once said, “My need to have children was because of my sense of nurturing. I wanted to channelise the love within me. And there was deep amount of loneliness, I felt there was a vacuum that is now filled by my children..I would be the mother of my children. I will be both mother and father. I will be more of a mother than father.” Anyway, take a look at his tweet today and it is sure to tug at your heartstrings.
Karan Johar was in Dubai before this, when he had a mini reunion with Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan. Given that Pakistani actors are banned from coming to India, Indian and Pakistani stars can reunite at events held in the Gulf. Meanwhile, on the professional front, we hear that Karan Johar is gearing up for the next season of Koffee With Karan.
