Zee TV’s reality show, “Made in America”, that features former Miss India Southern California Priyadarshani Roy, aired an amazing episode this week. ‘Made in America’ gives an opportunity and inspiration to all those women, who have participated in the reality show, to fulfill their dreams; it’s a platform for them to be able to showcase themselves. This week’s episode was all about facing the camera.

This week’s episode was all about facing the camera. The girls were given challenges to prove themselves. The challenges included, the confidence of facing the camera, giving the right poses, understanding camera angles, training for acting, among others. In episode 5, the girls had an opportunity to get a photoshoot done with celebrity photographer Ben Miller. Their first challenge was to understand direction and execute it well. This challenge was won by Ameena (she has first time won a challenge), the participants also felt that Ameena was a deserving winner.

Before the next challenge was given to the girls, they were made to attend a workshop, conducted by actor Joe Herrera, where he taught the girls ‘improv acting’ (improvisation – a form of a live theatre). The girls were split into two groups to perform the challenge. The group that won included – Harindee, Aditi and Kanika, while Harindee won the challenge overall. Priyadarshini was upset with the second challenge since she felt the challenge her girls were given was a little tough than the group that had won.

The episode’s last challenge was to shoot a scene from a movie on an actual movie set with filmmaker Justin Lareau. The girls took lessons on direction, and this challenge was again won by Aditi, (who had also won the second challenge). This again made Priyadarshini upset as she feels that they are too working hard but it has been not reflecting on the results. However, Priyadarshini concluded with saying, “all the participants are very talented and beautiful but a little immature.”Priyadarshini’s competitive nature ruin her relationship.

We can see that Priyadarshini is too competitive and she hates losing. Also, we have noticed that losing a challenge has not been taken positively by the Southern California’s pageant winner. What do you think? Will Priyadarshini’s competitive nature ruin her relationship with the girls? Keep watching to find out!
