Its common for actors to take extra effort for a film or a particular scene. And while taking that extra mile some end up getting themselves injured in the process. However, that doesn’t stop these professional actors from stepping back and take a break. In fact, some continue to work even in pain to ensure the film’s schedule doesn’t get hampered. Something similar happened to Sanjay Dutt when he was shooting for a scene for his comeback film, Bhoomi recently. The actor sustained a rib injury while performing a hardcore action sequence on the sets. The actor’s x-ray confirmed hairline fracture and has been advised for a while now.

According to Mid-day.com’s reports, “The action sequence, which was being filmed in Chambal, had him being attacked by a group of goons. In the midst of that scene, he felt a stabbing pain in his ribs and popped a painkiller for relief. He continued the shoot, but the pain only grew worse.” Hence Dutt decided to see the local doctor and get the X-Ray done. The source further adds, The doctor confirmed a hairline fracture. He is on medication and has been advised complete rest. However, he is eager to wrap up the shoot by the month-end.” (ALSO READ: LEAKED! 6 DIFFERENT looks of Ranbir Kapoor for the Sanjay Dutt biopic which will make you desperate for the film)
