The International Fleet Review 2016 is being held at Visakhapatnam in the presence of PM Narendra Modi and President Pranab Mukherjee. The Indian Navy is the fifth largest in the world, and was known as the Royal Indian Navy in the British Raj. But it existed even before that, and was first formed by King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Catch the live streaming of the fleet review here.
