Shocking video! Bajrangi Bhaijaan director Kabir Khan threatened by angry mob at Karachi Airport in Pakistan!

KabirA video has surfaced on YouTube showing Bollywood director Kabir Khan at the Karachi Airport in Pakistan, where he is being threatened with dire consequences by locals. The angry protestors are seen shouting, “Saare Musalman maar diye waha Hindustan mein…laanat hai. Pakistan zindabad!” They even threaten to bash Kabir Khan up with shoes and chappals! The director looks unfazed and has probably faced this kind of thing before, having made several films depicting warring countries, like Ek Tha Tiger, Phantom and Kabul Express.

But the protests seemed for his recent movie. Kabir Khan directed last year’s blockbuster Bollywood film Bajrangi Bhaijaan that depicted the story of a little girl Munni from Pakistan who mistakenly crosses over to India. Salman Khan played the man Bajrangi who rescues the little girl and ensures, against all odds, that she is returned safely to her family in Pakistan. For that, he enters Pakistan at the border, with some cinematic liberty, and goes on to risk his life. (ALSO READ: National Awards: ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ named best popular film of 2015)
