We know that Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai, which is slated hit the silver screens on December 22, 2017, will have Salman and Katrina performing high octane action scenes in the film. Well, while shooting for an action scene for Tiger Zinda Hai in Morocco, Katrina Kaif had a near-death experience. There is chase sequence that involves horses; when Salman shot a racy action scene on horseback, the actress had to get behind the wheel of a fast car but since the bylanes were narrow, Kat ended up crashing the car into a wall.

In a statement to an online portal, the actress said, “This particular shot involved driving a super-fast car in the narrow bylanes that Medina is famous for. These tiny lanes make it nearly impossible to navigate. I did train for a fair bit, but during the crucial scene I ended up crashing the car into a wall.” Katrina further added, “I could have been injured, but the crew was more worried about the super expensive camera mounted on my vehicle! But the good news is, I didn’t get hurt and got the shot right in the next take.”

Speaking of the deadly action scenes in the film, an insider had revealed, “This chase sequence involves horses trained for onscreen action that has also been used in leading Hollywood films. These trained stallions were part of Troy, The Mummy and Steven Spielberg’s War Horse. Action in Tiger Zinda Hai has involved leading Hollywood technicians, led by Tom Struthers, the action coordinator of The Dark Knight movies.” ALSO READ: (Bigg Boss 11: If This Video Of Shilpa Shinde’s Mother And Puneesh Sharma’s Father Doesn’t Make You Cry, Nothing Else Will!)

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are sharing screen space after five long years. Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel to the 2012 blockbuster – Ek Tha Tiger, which was helmed by Kabir Khan. However, the sequel will be helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, and the film will retain the lead pair – Salman and Katrina. Given that Tubelight could not do well at the box office, let us hope that Tiger Zinda Hai will recover the loss and would break all records. After all, it’s a Salman Khan movie.
