PM Narendra Modi’s latest issue of Demonetization has surely caused many problems to the people. Yes, within no time it became the talk of the town and people started expressing their irritation on this. As we all know, how NaMo’s strategy of demonetization is a way to curb blackmail, but on the other side this strategy is becoming difficult for the people as the flow of cash is quiet limited.

Recently, popular telly actor Karan Patel, who rose to fame with Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ show shared a Rs. 500 note on social media – Instagram along with a school letter. The letter states that the school is going to stop providing fruits to the kids on regular basis because of demonetization, which is just so bad, isn’t it? Oh, so now we know why exactly the handsome hunk is agitated and all set to protest against this. The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor further even captioned the picture as as, “@PMOIndia .. Mr.Modi .. bache aapki wahaj se #Phal (fruits) ko mohtaaj ho gaye. Yeh #phal (result) mila hai humein aap pe bharosa karne ka ?”

Talking about the picture, there was Rs. 500 note on a school letter. What exactly happened was that schools are sending notices to parents along with an old Rs. 500 note. The letter reads that due to the problem of flowing cash, it is becoming difficult to provide fruit to the children on everyday basis. And hence, the school authorities are returning Rs. 500 (Rs. 125*4 months). They also mentioned that it will be resumed again in the new session. They further even requested that people can send money to them, if they want to help children remain in the habit of eating fruits.

Not just this, popular television actor Karan Sharma was into trouble after Prime Minister Narendra Modi came up with the demonetization policy. We heard that Karan and his entire family were preparing for their lavish wedding. But as Government banned Rs 500, Rs 1000 notes were being scrapped as legal tender, it became quite difficult for them to make arrangements for his big day. The actor was unable to make initial payments to lighting and food arrangements.

While talking to leading daily Times of India, Karan said, “The organisers wanted payment in cash, so last weekend, I told my dad to withdraw money from the bank. But, I was shocked and stunned, when I came to know about the ban on Rs. 500 and Rs 1,000 notes. The D-day is coming closer and we cannot postpone the marriage, at the same time we need to make the payment, that too in cash. When I reached my hometown, I directly went to meet the arrangers. It was very hard to convince them, but they gave me sometime to clear the payment.”

“In the meanwhile my relatives have arranged some money in small-denomination, which I had handed over to the arrangers. Thankfully, the new banknotes of 500 and 2,000 rupee denominations are available in ATM’s, but the problem is that for a week, there will be a daily cap of 2,000 rupees on withdrawal per card. I am worried, and trying to sort out things. Although I am facing problems because of this ban, but I fully support this historical step by the government. This short term trouble, will help our country in the long run,” the actor further added.

We heard that demonetization problems are being faced by the popular actor Suyyash Rai’s family also. Yes, Suyyash’s mother Ranjana expressed her disappointment on her Twitter page and openly spoke about the disadvantages of this new policy.  What do you guys think, is Karan’s point valid?
