Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech will tie the knot soon, as we speak. This is one of the most talked about celebrity wedding and all eyes are on the couple right now. While Yuvraj is a celebrated cricketer, Hazel is an actress/model from Czech republic who is known for her film Bodyguard with Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Now, the Yuvi-Hazel wedding is the talk of the tinselville and cricketing world alike, as it is a typical big fat Punjabi wedding held across Chandigarh and Delhi. While the bride and groom were not very comfortable with having a big fat Punjabi wedding, their’s turned out to be exactly the same given that both are well known in their respective fields and have a fan following. Oh the problems of rich and famous! So anyways we saw yesterday how they both dazzled on their Mehendi and Sangeet ceremony. We got all the inside pics of this gala event and looking at them, they sure looked happy and comfortable in each other’s company.
Now, Yuvraj is on his way to a Fatehgarh Sikh Gurudwara to have a traditional Punjabi wedding with his firang wife. He has just shared a selfie minutes before he becomes a lawfully wedded hubby to hazel and man, he looks petrified! Now, don’t panic coz his scared expression is only for the effect! The dulhe-raja looks pretty handsome in his pagdi and sehra and we cant wait to see his bride too! The sangeet ceremony of this famous couple was held at the Hotel Lalit in Chandigarh and who’s who from the Bollywood and cricketing world attended this function. After today’s wedding a grand reception will be held in Delhi’s ITC Maurya where the Indian cricketing team is currently staying as a test series is going on. Yuvi chose this wedding carefully keeping in mind the convenience of his friends from thew Indian Cricket team.
Yuvraj’s father Yograj Singh opposed the idea of a lavish wedding and was quoted saying, “On December 2, Yuvraj and Hazel will wed according to Hindu rituals. This ceremony is set to take place at a farm house in Goa again where limited guests have been invited for a lunch reception.” Well looks like the ceremony which was supposed to be intimate, has turned into a typical gala event!
